Why use us rather than rely on the ELMO implementation included in my contract?
We find that for many clients, they are relying on the HR team to have the competence and capacity to take on the ELMO implementation project alongside their regular BAU responsibilities. ELMO uses a "we show you how to do it" method, which relies on the in-house team to complete "homework" to keep the project moving. This often results in delays and costs associated with paying for a system that is not being utilised, or teams lacking the competence and understanding to properly configure the system for the future. We alleviate this issue by become the in-house representative and then hand over the system and its administration over the timeframe that best suits the client, or we can provide ongoing support.
