• Acts as Appointed Medical Advisor (AMA) for Queensland coal mine operators under the Coal Mine Workers’ Health Scheme, overseeing statutory assessments recorded on the ResHealth system at least every five years.
• Conducts TruckSafe fitness to drive assessments for commercial vehicle drivers, required every three years for drivers 49 and under and yearly for drivers 50 and over.
• Provides medicolegal services including permanent impairment assessments, independent medical examinations and fitness for duty reports, delivered by teleconsultation or at specialist locations across Australia.
• Runs health monitoring programs for hazardous substances such as crystalline silica, lead, asbestos, welding fume and isocyanates, supported by full-time Occupational Hygienists working alongside its Occupational Physicians.

Resile also provides Safety Testing services across Australia, including onsite drug and alcohol testing and PPE fit testing for high risk industries.

• Delivers oral fluid and urine drug and alcohol testing using devices meeting Australian Standard requirements, with non-negative results confirmed at NATA accredited laboratories.
• Conducts quantitative respirator fit testing using a Portacount system in accordance with AS/NZS 1715:2009, plus one-on-one fitting training for workers.
• Performs hearing protection fit testing that generates a Personal Attenuation Rating, and workplace audiometry to detect early noise induced hearing loss.
