Ffrench Connection provides Executive and Senior Leadership Coaching from Brisbane to executives and leadership teams, with a coaching model built on the premise that coaching must be linked to and aligned with business strategy.

• Each program begins with an initial fit meeting, then upfront meetings with the executive, their manager and other stakeholders to agree coaching objectives, development priorities and expected business benefits.
• One to one sessions run for approximately one and a half hours and review progress against development goals, identify new skills and behaviours and reflect on the leadership journey.
• The standard program runs 6 to 9 months, coaches are available by telephone or email with a 24 hour response time, and summary meetings with the executive and their manager measure progress at the end.
• All executive coaches are members of the International Coaching Federation and abide by its Standards of Ethical Conduct.

• Hogan Lead reports combined with an expert debrief help leaders understand their performance capabilities, challenges and drivers.
• The VIA Signature Strengths survey is used within a positive psychology approach to develop individual and team strengths.
• Various 360 degree feedback tools are recommended to suit the circumstance and paired with experienced debriefing to identify development priorities.
