Coaching and Leadership

Coaching and Leadership provides Executive and Senior Leadership Coaching to leaders and executives across Australia, drawing on a team of nine coaches with senior leadership backgrounds in the Australian Public Service, defence, higher education and ICT.

• The Executive Coaching Program runs over three 75 minute sessions and helps clients identify life and career objectives, with a session before commencement to establish the Coaching Agreement and a follow up six months after conclusion.
• The Leadership Coaching Program runs over six 75 minute sessions with diagnostic tools included, focused on improving skills, performance and work related professional development.
• The Executive Leadership Program runs over ten 75 minute sessions and works on purpose, vision, individual and collective beliefs, authenticity, integrity and courage.
• Several coaches hold the Professional Certified Coach credential with the International Coaching Federation, and the team includes former Australian Government Senior Executive Service leaders.

Best for: senior public servants, executives and business professionals who want a structured, session based coaching program with a credentialed coach.

Coaching and Leadership provides Teams Coaching to leadership teams across Australia through Executive Programs delivered by two facilitators.

• The one day Team Leadership Coaching workshop covers growth mindset, how preferences influence leadership, effective listening, effective meetings and value driven leadership.
• Team Dynamics sessions use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, the Hermann Brain Dominance Instrument or DISC to open up discussion about individual and team preferences.
• The Leader-Coach Masterclass uses an action learning methodology in which participants bring a live leadership challenge to their peers.

Best for: intact leadership teams and manager groups, particularly in the public sector.
