Value Creators

Value Creators provides Mentoring Programs from the Peel Region of Western Australia to individuals, businesses and industries across rural and regional Australia, pairing structured workshops with one to one mentoring and coaching.

• The Women’s STEM Jumpstart Program, delivered with the Rural, Regional and Remote Women’s Network of WA, combined a two day workshop with a mentor for each participant to support career planning, goal setting and development.
• The 2025 Farm Business Resilience Program, jointly funded by the Australian Government Future Drought Fund and Western Australia’s Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development, paired four in person workshop days with one on one business coaching to build each participant’s Farm Business Resilience Plan.
• Mentoring and coaching has a particular focus on Indigenous business planning in tourism, agri-business, natural resource management and protected area management.
• Programs can be delivered privately at a client’s premises or off site for a team.

Value Creators provides Strategic Thinking and Planning from Western Australia to businesses, boards and industry bodies across regional Australia through facilitated workshops.

• Strategic planning workshops engage board members, explore scenarios and capture data to update a strategic plan, as delivered for the Food, Fibre and Timber Industries Training Council WA.
• Farm Business Resilience Program workshops cover strategic planning, benchmarking, innovation and climate planning.
• Strategic planning and projects for the Bee Industry Council of WA strengthen capacity across the beekeeping sector.
