The Interview Coach

The Interview Coach provides one on one networking and interview technique coaching from Canberra, specialising in Australian Public Service and Senior Executive Service candidates across Australia.

• Led by Lisa Tozer, who holds a Master of Science in Counselling and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and is a professional member of the Career Development Association of Australia.
• Has coached more than 2000 candidates ranging from Deputy Secretary to graduate level, working one candidate and one role at a time with bespoke, role specific questions.
• Senior executive and C suite coaching runs as a minimum of 4 x one hour sessions, with standard coaching a minimum of 3 x one hour sessions, covering behavioural question preparation and practice against the relevant capability framework.
• Works with Senior Executive Service Bands 1 to 3, Executive Levels 1 and 2, APS levels 1 to 6, state and territory officers, and graduates, with sessions delivered by video conference to clients across every state and territory.
