What training is provided with Sherm?
When you commence your subscription with Sherm you are provided with initial training during the setup and configuration. Once the initial training is completed and your system is ready for use, you will have access to training videos, the User Manual, Tech Support and the online Help Features. After the initial training is completed and more training is needed, this service is provided at an extra cost.
What support services are provided?
Technical support is inbuilt within the application, and these can be sent through at any time. Additionally, each page in Sherm has a Help Feature that provides an explanation of what can be undertaken on this page and its interaction with other pages. The Documentation Templates are to be used by your organisation to develop your HSEQ Management System procedures. These procedures provide you with the functionality in Sherm. These documents are updated when changes are made to the application. Sherm Updates are provided on a regular basis when changes in Sherm have been undertaken by the development team. Instruction is provided on what is required to be updated your end.
How do I subscribe to Sherm?
