Leadership Development
SCALA the Training Company delivers Leadership Development programs for employers across Tasmania, built around a quarterly, face to face Leadership and Management Development Program.
- The flagship program runs as four modules delivered through quarterly two day workshops over a year, supported by weekly pre workshop learning materials.
- Cohorts of 20 to 30 participants work alongside experienced facilitators, guest speakers and qualified assessors across each two day workshop.
- Between workshops, participants receive ongoing coaching and accountability support through calls, emails, visits and peer working groups to help embed change at work.
- A DISC Advanced Program extends the leadership offering with individual, leadership and sales behavioural assessments delivered through facilitated workshops for Tasmanian organisations.
