• Assessment covers lifting, carrying, manual handling and functional capacity, matched to the physical requirements of the specific role rather than a generic screen.
• A standardised, documented protocol is applied to every candidate, so results are comparable across a group of placements and the basis for each decision is on the record.
• Every assessment produces a written report with one of three recommendations: fit, fit with modifications, or further review.
• Assessments are carried out by an AHPRA registered physiotherapist with clinical experience across neurological rehabilitation, post surgical orthopaedics, aged care and disability.

• Fully mobile delivery: the physiotherapist travels to the candidate or the workplace rather than requiring attendance at a clinic.
• Coverage spans inner Brisbane, the northern, southern, eastern and western suburbs, and the Logan area.
• Assessments are booked by phone or email and run Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:00pm.
