No. We only invoice you once the successful candidate commences with your business. Our Payment Terms are 30 business days however we are happy to negotiate this.
We typically charge a percentage based on the placed candidate's Total Remuneration Package (base salary plus Superannuation) or we can agree on a flat fee structure. Our fees are on a case-by-case basis and hinge on the Job Brief.
