MVMT Rehab

MVMT Rehab provides Injury Management and Return to Work services, mobile exercise physiology, across New South Wales, Queensland and the ACT region from its Sydney base established in 2016.

• Accredited under Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA), and registered with SIRA and Workcover QLD for injury and workers compensation rehabilitation.
• A team of more than 20 exercise physiologists delivers mobile, clinic based, home and telehealth programs, extending from Sydney into Newcastle, Wollongong, the Central Coast, Brisbane, the Gold Coast and, since 2025, Canberra and regional New South Wales.
• Tracks outcomes through patient reported outcome measures; a 2024 patient survey of around 1,000 people discharged in 2022 or 2023 found 87 percent maintained their exercise program after discharge and 92 percent reported improved physical and mental health.
• Programs cover injury and disability rehabilitation, chronic pain and mental health recovery, delivered in clinic, at home, in gyms with hydrotherapy access, or by telehealth.
