Cultural Diversity and Inclusion Programs
Mola Consulting provides Cultural Diversity and Inclusion Programs, First Nations cultural capability and cultural awareness training, based in Townsville and serving organisations across Australia, led by Torres Strait Islander leader Topsy Mola.
- Delivers a full day Cultural Awareness and Culturally Responsive Service Delivery training, run face to face for up to 25 participants, covering the impacts of colonisation, the Stolen Generations and culturally safe practice, with a resource booklet provided.
- Builds Cultural Capability Frameworks, living, whole of organisation tools with measurable standards, positioned as going beyond Reconciliation Action Plans that are often under read and under implemented.
- Led by Topsy Mola, a Wagadagam and Dowareb woman with more than 30 years of senior experience across government and community sectors and a Ministerial appointment to the State Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Domestic and Family Violence Prevention Group.
- Clients include Centacare NQ in Townsville, which described the process as comprehensive, inclusive and phenomenal.
