Leaders Lounge provides Leadership Development from Brisbane to organisations, individuals and associations throughout Australia, New Zealand and the APAC region, building the human capabilities leaders need in an AI enabled workplace.

• Programs include the Leadership Accelerator, powered by Everything DiSC Catalyst and the five part Worksmart series, LAUNCH for emerging leaders, ELEVATE for established leaders, Professional Presence, Mastering Critical Conversations and Engaging for Impact.
• Organisations receive bespoke learning design, white labelled learning solutions, workshops and masterclasses, and leadership and team diagnostics.
• Participants may work toward a nationally recognised unit of competency, the Certificate IV in Leadership and Management (BSB40520) or the Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB50520), completed in partnership with Knowledge Access RTO40961.
• Every program includes two years of community access with The Situation Room, The Practice Portal and monthly masterclasses.
