Leaders for IMPACT

Leaders for IMPACT provides board and senior leadership development through peer hubs running in New South Wales and Victoria, founded in early 2020 by Kelly Beaumont.

• Leadership Hubs bring together twelve to fourteen cross-sector leaders so CEOs, business owners and senior leaders meet peers from outside their own industry.
• Hubs operate in Greater Sydney, the Northern Rivers, the Illawarra and Greater Melbourne, meeting in person in each of those regions.
• A Sustainability Leadership Network runs the same peer format for ESG and sustainability leaders working on the same problems.
• Board evaluations are delivered through Future Fit Boards, supported by the IMPACT Index and the Impaktor.io assessment tool, giving boards a structured view of their own effectiveness.
