• A team of Workforce Solutions Specialists works with host employers to identify workforce needs and source candidates for apprenticeship and traineeship positions.
• Zeal Futures employs the apprentice or trainee directly and pays them weekly under the relevant industry Award, with some host employers agreeing to pay above Award rates.
• Apprenticeships typically run 4 years and traineeships 1-2 years, with early completion possible once formal training requirements are met.
• Ongoing support continues through the placement, including recruiting, onboarding and mentoring the hosted apprentice or trainee to completion.

• Apprentices typically attend RTO training one day per week or through block release, while trainees complete around 3 hours per week of study at work.
• NSW Government funding options can partly or fully subsidise course fees for eligible students, checked against each course’s funding eligibility criteria.
• Zeal Futures also partners with employment service providers and community organisations to deliver customised training programs for their clients.
