Service & Expertise

Safety

First Aid Training

Hero HQ provides first aid training delivered on site at workplaces, as a registered training organisation, RTO 40664, with courses tailored to the employer’s operations rather than run to a standard classroom format.

  • Nationally recognised first aid courses covering HLTAID009 Provide CPR, HLTAID011 Provide First Aid, HLTAID012 first aid in an education and care setting, HLTAID013 remote or isolated site first aid, HLTAID014 Advanced First Aid and HLTAID015 advanced resuscitation and oxygen therapy.
  • Asthma and anaphylaxis courses, 22702VIC, 22578VIC and the 22579VIC adrenaline device verifier course, for schools, childcare and care settings.
  • Three delivery formats: Hero+ and Prac Lab pair online theory with a face to face practical on site, while HeroX runs theory and practical together in one session.
  • Course content shaped by industry, from retail, construction and education to childcare, aged care, local councils, hospitality, emergency services, sport and mining, with a dedicated account manager per client.

Best for: Employers with large teams to certify who want trainers to come to the workplace and keep first aid compliance current.

Safety

Emergency Response Training

Hero HQ also trains workplace emergency response teams on site, using the same tailored, industry-specific approach as its first aid courses.

  • PUAFER005 fire warden training, for staff operating as part of an emergency control organisation.
  • PUAFER006 chief warden training, for the person leading an emergency control organisation.
  • PUAFER008 fire extinguisher training, covering how to confine small emergencies in a facility.

Best for: Workplaces building or refreshing a warden team and wanting emergency training delivered in the building it applies to.
