DisCo Hunter provides Disability Inclusion and Accessibility Programs grounded in lived experience expertise, delivering Disability Inclusion Action Plans (DIAPs), strategy assessments (DISC), workplace awareness workshops (DARE), disability advisory group facilitation, and peer-reviewed web accessibility testing.

• Led by lived experience consultants from Community Disability Alliance Hunter (CDAH), a grassroots Disabled People’s Organisation, bringing collective expertise from a community of people with disability to every engagement.
• Co-design approach: works with organisations to identify barriers, challenge assumptions, and build accessible, equitable workplaces through practical, community-driven solutions rooted in lived experience.
• Services include half-day DARE workshops for disability awareness, disability leadership development, advisory group governance support, and screen reader accessibility audits.
