Founded in 2016, the firm is led by Darren Murphy, a former NSW Police Fraud Squad detective with 25 years of law enforcement experience managing hundreds of complex investigations. Core Integrity delivers Psychosocial Hazards management through Core Culture Services, supporting organisations to proactively identify and address psychological safety risks in compliance with psychosocial risk legislation. Two programs are available: Culture Pulse, a structured 4 to 6 week diagnostic featuring psychological safety surveys, confidential one-on-one discussions with staff, and written recommendations; and Culture Shift, a 12-month sustained partnership combining baseline and follow-up surveys, executive coaching, quarterly team feedback sessions, and monthly reporting with action plans.
