EC Workplace provides Workplace Investigations for early childhood services and Australian employers, delivering independent and impartial assessments of misconduct allegations under procedural fairness principles, based in Montmorency, Victoria, led by director Nick Church with over 25 years of industrial relations experience and a Masters qualification in Work and Employment Relations.
- Provides suitably qualified and licenced investigators to conduct independent workplace investigations into allegations of misconduct or serious workplace issues.
- Specialises in reportable conduct investigations for early childhood services, working with Safeguarding Services to meet Social Services Regulator obligations following the transition from the Commissioner for Children and Young People.
